Wednesday: Eleven Roses Ranch Historic Day Trip Come journey with us during our 90-minute narrated mule-drawn wagon ride that meanders through a valley rich with history, wildlife, and magnificent wildflowers during the spring, warm summer evenings, and fabulous fall foliage.  The ride ends with an authentic chuckwagon barbecue, complete with Dutch oven cobbler and complimentary Lake County wine. 

Meet the Winemaker Series- Blue Wing Saloon: The Tallman Hotel hosts the owner and/or winemaker of one of the great Lake County wineries whose vintages are featured on the wine list on the select Thursdays of each month. Four course dinner in the Tallman Dining Room prepared by Chic Le Chef Julie Hoskins.   Special menu items for that day are carefully paired with the featured wines.  Please check website for schedule.

FRIDAYS: Tuscan Village Music & Art Series: Live music every Friday evening year round by great performers coupled with great food, wine tasting, and arts and crafts. Presented by 2Goombas Deli and Terrill Cellars.

Guided Bald Eagle Viewing Hikes: Bureau of Land Management natural resource specialists lead guided four-mile hikes while you enjoy the scenery of Cache Creek canyon where eagles, tule elk, osprey, and other wildlife may be seen. Bring water, lunch, and binoculars. Reservations required. 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Saturdays, Starting January 14 through February 25.
